Would you be able to create the cookies in the shape of nail polish bottles with a logo on them if we sent the image?
Absolutely, I would recommend creating a unique custom shape. Since all nail polish bottles are different - we would create a custom cookie cutter to match yours perfectly. The start-up fee for the custom cookie cutter is $50. It takes about 1-2 weeks to create the cutter.
Is it possible to get a sample cookie created for the client to see?
Yes, that would be best. I recommend creating a printed version and a hand-decorated (made with all frosting) version. The sample cost is $25 with 2 revisions included. We can prepare samples of 1 of each.
Are we able to pick the frosting colors for the cookies?
For sure, on hand decorated cookies, you can provide us with physical samples or a palette photo.
I have a design idea - but I need you to create the final design to print. Does your team design this for us and would it be an additional cost?
We would love to create the artwork to be printed on each cookie. There's a $25 dollar start-up fee to create the artwork.
What kind of files do you accept?
We pride our selves in Hassle-free file uploads with a screenshot compatible process. Clear and crisp files and photos on your desktop or mobile device will create amazing cookies. PDF, JPG, and PNG work great. If our design specialist detects a problem with your files, we will contact you before baking.
How many designs can I choose?
You can choose as many designs as you wish per order. Upload up to 6 files of artwork for an order of 6 cookies.
What are the cookie sizes?
Our classic shapes are 3" Circle, 3" Square, and 3x2" Rectangle. We can also make hearts and other custom shapes and sizes upon request.
Where do you ship your cookies?
We ship all over the United States. We currently do not ship to Mexico, Canada or Overseas.
Do the cookies come wrapped?
Yes, your cookies come with Free individual wrapping. They are freshly sealed in clear cello bags.
How long do the last (shelf life)?
They'll stay fresh for up to 3 weeks upon receipt. Yes, really :) Shortbread cookies don't contain any liquids that may cause other cookies to go stale.
When do I have to order (turn around time)?
Order today for next day in-store pick up or ship out. Not available to pick up or deliver on Sundays. Though we don't have quantity restrictions, we recommend placing orders over 500 cookies a few days in advance.
